Presentations begin tomorrow!

You need to bring your IANs to be graded (pp.114-121), make sure the orange rubric is in it (p. 119) so you don't lose 30 points, and bring your source/notecards if you are scheduled to present tomorrow.  You should bring the same stuff on Friday if you are scheduled for Friday.  Practice and time your presentations, please.  Good luck!

Make sure you have them ready to go before Thursday to be safe.  We will work on your summaries for presentations in class tomorrow.  Don't forget to check out Mrs. Thompson's links (http://mrs-ts-tidbits.blogspot.com/p/renaissance-information-links.html) if you need to do some more research at home tonight!

Links for research at home

http://mrs-ts-tidbits.blogspot.com/p/renaissance-information-links.html

This link will take you to Mrs. Thompson's list of credible sites about the Renaissance and Elizabethan Era.  These are reliable and usable.  Feel free to research for yourself as well, but make sure you document your sources correctly.  If they aren't credible (things like Yahoo Questions), they won't count as a source.  If you are in doubt, check in with me Monday or email/ask on the class Facebook page!  Happy hunting, kiddos!

Research Info

Don't forget that we will only be researching in class for 3 more days!  Tutoring isn't a bad idea if you are not near your 4 sources/8 notecards minimum.  (And don't forget to look at the websites that are guaranteed to be credible that are in the folder on the board...and Ms. T's blog:  http://mrs-ts-tidbits.blogspot.com/ .)  Presentations are 4/19 and 4/20.  Notecards will be due on 4/20.  Final projects due May 14.  Good luck and happy researching!
